At Heritage Strokes, we take pride in providing authentic antique and collectible paintings. Every piece is inspected carefully before shipping. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item is returned in the same condition as it was delivered, with all original packaging and documentation.

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

We will not accept returns in the following cases:

  • If 30 days have passed since the delivery of your order.

  • If the product is damaged, altered, or modified after delivery.

  • If the item shows signs of wear, usage, or handling beyond what was necessary for inspection.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • We carefully pack and ship our paintings, but if your item arrives damaged during transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@thepokearchive.com with photos of the damage.

  • Claims reported after 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

  • If verified, we will either replace the item (if available) or issue a full refund.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

  • Once the item has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
